As a part of the Kids’ Ministry at Palmetto Baptist Church, the staff and teachers at our preschool are concerned with growing up our future in Christ. Tangibly, this means that we take it seriously when we say we put Christ first. He is involved in every element of our studies, from prayer together before the school day begins to involving the Bible in the curriculum and holding Chapel services bi-monthly. We also promote the Biblical element of community by fostering friendship within the classroom.
As an adult, you understand how important it is that we work as One within the Church. As the Body of Christ, we rely on each other to hold us accountable, carry one another’s burdens, and edify the Church as a whole. By creating a safe place for our children, we hope to nurture trust early, which will lead to the type of love Christ demands in John 13: 34-35: “Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”
